A Traffic Exchange is a website that has registered members who wish to promote their business opportunities.
This is usually done with Splash Pages which are designed to download quickly and catch the attention of the Surfer.
Members browse (surf) other member’s opportunities/splash pages for credits or credits can be purchased.
Credits are then used to promote your own opportunity to other members who are also surfing.
